Dubai-based hotel group Jumeirah has unveiled its first capsule clothing collection in partnership with fashion house Bouguessa. The collection, titled Jumeirah Heritage Club, will go on sale on November 6 and will be available to customers worldwide.
Jumeirah manages around 30 hotels and resorts globally, including the iconic sail-shaped Burj Al Arab. The group, owned by Dubai’s ruling Al Maktoum family, has been operating since 1997. Its portfolio includes the island resort Jumeirah Olhahali Island in the Maldives, Jumeirah Capri Palace in Italy, and Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London.
The new collection merges Bouguessa’s minimalist aesthetic with Jumeirah’s refined elegance. Designer Faiza Bouguessa drew inspiration from the textures, colors, and silhouettes of the region’s coastal landscapes. The collection pays homage to Dubai’s original shoreline, where Jumeirah’s story began — from the sunlit tones of the old Jumeirah district to the serene lines of the sea.

What’s inside the collection and its main highlights
The capsule includes unisex pieces with a modern cut:

Several items feature an understated depiction of Burj Al Arab — the building that redefined luxury hospitality 25 years ago. The subtle logo runs throughout the collection as a unifying element.
UAE real estate regulation news highlights how the country continues to diversify beyond construction, fostering connected industries such as fashion, design, and hospitality. As a cornerstone of Dubai’s ecosystem, Jumeirah illustrates how the emirate’s brands are expanding beyond traditional services to create lifestyle and culture-driven products.
Faiza Bouguessa described the concept as a reflection of emotional connection to place. “Jumeirah has always been the heart of Dubai — a neighborhood that evokes memory and belonging,” she said. From the beginning, discussions about the collection centered on the idea of quiet elegance translated into wearable forms. The coastal inspiration helped shape a line that combines simplicity, structure, and nostalgia — a bridge between the past and the present.

Where hospitality meets fashion
Michael Grieve, Jumeirah’s Brand Director, called Jumeirah Heritage Club a tribute to the brand’s coastal origins. He noted that luxury hospitality and fashion appeal to the same audience — people seeking emotional connection through design, storytelling, and experience. The intersection of these worlds defines a new era of experiential luxury, blending creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. This spirit positions Jumeirah as a meeting point for cultures, conversations, and connections.
For expatriates living in the UAE and owning assets there, it is essential to understand the legal framework governing property inheritance. The laws differ from those of other countries, and proper documentation of real estate and other assets ensures family protection and simplifies future transfer of ownership. Jumeirah also operates properties across the Arabian Gulf, as well as in China, Bali, and Spain. The Jumeirah Heritage Club collection is available globally through the brand’s official retail channels.
