Burj Al Arab has launched a new luxury leisure concept on Dubai’s World Islands. Jumeirah Group has opened Cape Morris Island for bookings, accessible exclusively to guests of Jumeirah hotels. The island is reached via a 19.5-meter yacht, and the minimum daily rental price is AED 75,000.
The journey begins at Marsa Marina pier. The yacht, equipped with three cabins and spacious decks, sails for about an hour across the Arabian Gulf to the World Islands archipelago. A full service crew accompanies guests throughout the day. Located four kilometers off Dubai’s coast, the World Islands consist of several hundred artificial islands replicating a world map.
Cape Morris offers several visit formats, each with a distinct schedule and dining concept. The lunch experience departs at 11 a.m. and returns by 3 p.m. The sunset dinner trip begins at 2 p.m. and ends around 6 p.m. A full-day island rental allows guests to design their own itinerary and menu.
Michelin-starred dining and water activities with a view of Dubai’s skyline
The lunch program features a three-course menu by Michelin-starred chef Saverio Sbaragli, served on board the yacht. Upon arrival, guests have access to private sun loungers, a pristine beach, and a range of water sports, including paddleboarding, kayaking, beach volleyball, and pétanque.
The lunch package accommodates up to ten people. The base price without alcohol is AED 30,000 for two guests, with an additional AED 2,000 per extra person. The premium version with alcoholic beverages costs AED 35,000 for two, plus AED 4,000 for each additional participant. The yacht cruise lasts two hours, followed by three hours on the island.

The evening experience highlights the sunset views far from city lights. The yacht departs at 2 p.m., with guests arriving on the island by 3 p.m. Dinner is prepared over an open flame and includes fresh seafood, barbecue dishes, and signature cocktails. The same activities and beach amenities are available until 6 p.m., when the yacht returns to shore.
The evening option accommodates up to twenty guests. Pricing mirrors the lunch format — AED 30,000 for two without alcohol or AED 35,000 with alcoholic beverages, with extra guests charged AED 2,000 or AED 4,000 respectively.
Exclusive access for Jumeirah hotel guests only
Cape Morris operates exclusively for guests staying at Jumeirah Group hotels, including:
- Burj Al Arab
- Mina Al Salam
- Burj Al Marsa
- Jumeirah Beach Hotel
Only villa or suite guests are eligible for the lunch and dinner programs, ensuring privacy and exclusivity without overcrowding the island.
The full-day AED 75,000 package offers complete customization — guests choose the menu, schedule, and activities. The format suits private celebrations, corporate events, or intimate gatherings where discretion and tailored service are priorities.
Dubai real estate transactions news today highlight growing demand for exclusive leisure and residential experiences. Projects like Cape Morris expand the emirate’s luxury segment and attract affluent travelers seeking privacy and personalized service beyond traditional hotels. Meanwhile, the rules for property ownership for expats in Sharjah remain more restrictive than in Dubai, making the neighboring emirate less appealing for foreign buyers of premium real estate.
Cape Morris bookings opened on November 10. Reservations are handled through Burj Al Arab’s concierge service for private visits or the corporate events department for group bookings. Jumeirah positions the island as a highlight of the season, anticipating high interest from loyal guests.
